Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Culinary Workshop 1. Workshop Registration: Participants must register for the full 6-session workshop in advance. A minimum number of participants may be required to conduct the workshop. 2. Payment Terms: - Payment Method: Clients can pay via cash, credit card, or online payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Venmo). - Payment Schedule: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot. Early bird discounts may apply for payments made by a specified date. - Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session will not be refunded. 3. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions: - If a participant cannot attend a session, they must notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance. Make-up sessions may be offered based on availability, but are not guaranteed. - Consistent attendance is encouraged to gain the most benefit from the workshop. 4. Materials and Ingredients: - All ingredients will be provided as part of the workshop fee. Participants may be asked to bring specific equipment or tools as outlined in the course syllabus. - Participants are responsible for following all safety guidelines and instructions during the workshop. 5. Health and Safety: Clients must inform the instructor of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the start of the workshop to ensure appropriate accommodations. 6. Cancellation by Instructor: In the unlikely event that the workshop needs to be canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 7. Photography and Consent: Participants consent to photography and video recording during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the instructor before the workshop begins. 8. Liability Waiver: Participants must sign a liability waiver before taking part in the workshop, acknowledging that they are participating at their own risk. Payment Instructions - Cash Payments: Clients should bring exact cash payment to the first session or another agreed-upon meeting time. - Credit/Debit Card: Payments can be made using credit or debit cards at the time of registration or during the first session. - Online Payments: To pay online, clients can follow the provided link to the payment platform of choice and complete the transaction securely.
