Booking and Reservation Policy

   - Booking Process: Clients can book services via our website, phone, or email.

     A minimum of 14 days notice is required for bookings.

   - Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation, at the time of booking.

   - Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the service will receive a full refund of the                 deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Service Agreement

   - Scope of Services: Our services include meal preparation, serving, and cleanup for private dinners, events,        and meal prep sessions. Specific dishes and service details will be discussed during the initial consultation.

   - Limitations: Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Forsyth. Please inquire for                     details.

Pricing and Payment Policy

   - Pricing Structure: Our services will be priced based on package requested, with additional charges for                   specialized menus, travel, and groceries, if not included and the initial price. 

   - Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment is due 24 hours before             the service.

Ingredient Sourcing and Dietary Preferences

   - Quality Commitment: We prioritize using organic, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients whenever                   possible.

   - Dietary Needs: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences during the booking                 process to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Privacy Policy

   - Information Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, dietary preferences) to                   provide our services. We do not share this information with third parties without your consent.

   - Data Protection: All client information is stored securely and will only be used for service-related purposes.

Liability Waiver

   - Food Allergies: Clients must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot be held liable         for any allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.

Health and Safety Policy

   - Food Safety Practices: We adhere to all local health and safety regulations, including proper food handling           and sanitation practices. Our kitchen is regularly inspected to ensure compliance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

   - Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services with at least 72 hours' notice without penalty. Rescheduling       requests made within 72 hours may incur a fee or may not be accommodated based on availability.

   - Client Feedback: We welcome and encourage client feedback. Please share your experience with us via                 email or our website. Positive testimonials may be featured on our site with your permission.
