Chef holds an Executive MBA, advanced training in Food & Nutrition, and a Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. Her career includes fine‑dining operations, bakery development, and ownership of both a health‑focused restaurant and an ice cream factory — giving her a unique balance of culinary skill and business expertise.
A certified Event Manager, Customer Service Specialist, and Personal Trainer, Chef Nicole’s signature style highlights wholesome ingredients, natural herbs, and bold Caribbean flavors.
